Greetings from the center of the universe
Hello again to all....
Things have been busy for me, but I will try to fill everyone in on what has been going on. Roughly 3 weeks ago, I went to Colorado for 6 days to elk hunt with my dad and two of his friends. The trip was great, however, the weather did not cooperate and we only got two days of hunting in. We got about 26 inches of snow in 24hrs, which was a first for a flatlander like me. I will post pics at some point, but don't have them off my camera as of now.
The following weekend, I went to see Mofro at George's Majestic in Fayetteville, Ark. It was an awesome show...JJ can bring it like nobody's business, that is for sure. Me and the "special lady friend" went with some friends of mine from school...it was a great time. A couple of guys in the bar weren't wearing any shoes or socks for that matter.
The next weekend I went to the OSU/UT football game in Stillwater, OK. Props to the "special lady friend" for parking in the "permit only" area and not getting a ticket. It was a great game, Texas spotted OSU a few touchdowns, then snatched the life out of the whole stadium in the fourth quarter. Great time. Thanks again to Dr. B for the free tix, look forward to seeing you in Austin in the near future. Hope the wife and kids are doing well.
This past weekend was spent deer hunting here in Missouri. Hunted all day saturday and half sunday. Saw one doe on sunday after she almost stepped on me, so no shots were fired...but if I can wrap it up quick enough here, I may get to do some more hunting this afternoon.
Turns out all the kids I have pictures of really aren't my kids....guess I can stop all those child support payments now, which is a huge plus.

I am loving the new blog. It has inspired me for yet another foray into the cyberworld, and will look to be updating my blog a little more frequently these days.
Actual conversation in my office last week....
Me : " Yes ma'am, we do have a sliding fee here, you just need to bring in a w-2 to show income from last year."
Her: " I haven't had a W-2 in years, I just got out of prison"
